Deep Focus Review has featured movie reviews and critical essays since 2006. Now you can have an active role in Deep Focus Review through Patreon. You can even commission a review or essay to be featured on the DFR.

By joining on Patreon, you can help keep DFR ad-free, improve the look and functionality of the site, and gain access to exclusive content. Your contribution also means I can seek out new guest writers for diverse perspectives. Every dollar goes toward improving the content featured on DFR.

Here’s a breakdown of the ways you can connect with DFR on Patreon:

STAR – $2 a month. Exclusive access to:

  • Weekly blog posts.
  • Patreon exclusive movie reviews and essays, available to Patrons for a period of 6 months before being moved to the main Deep Focus Review website.

  • Commission an entry in The Definitives: You and I will agree on a film that deserves entry into The Definitives, and I’ll publish an essay for you of 3,500 words or more.
